Covid-19 Announcement:
Due to the global pandemic lead times, manufacturing and shipping may all experience delays that are beyond our control. Please therefore bear with us and we will work hard to ensure your orders are with you as soon as possible. Stay safe and keep well everyone!




Most of the products in our store are "Pre Order", "Special Order” or available as "Made to Order" items.  Please check the description of each item to see what the typical availability, production lead times and shipping timeframes are.

All items will be shipped insured and tracked.


*Pre Order*

These items are or shortly will be in production at the factory and involve international shipping. Typically these are items that sell out quickly or are limited edition items that are specially manufactured and ordered for the customer. Typical timeframes are 4-8 weeks for delivery into the U.K.


*Special Order*

These items will be ordered in specially for the customer and involve international shipping.  If the items are lower value they will be grouped with other orders each month and will be shipped from the manufacture in a group, this allows us to keep shipping and overall costs lower for our customers, typical timeframes for this are 3-6 weeks. If a special order is of higher value we will attempt to arrange individual shipping for that item, typical timeframes for this are 2-4 weeks.


*Made to Order*

These items are made individually for the customer and are custom items, they involve international shipping. Typical timeframes for this are 2-4 weeks.

*In Stock*
These items are in stock in the U.K. and are usually posted next business day with Royal Mail, who typically aim to deliver within 2-3 business days.



Returns Policy:
Generally due to their nature items that are *pre order*, *special order* or *made to order* are not able to be returned or refunded. If you receive an item damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately upon receipt by emailing us and providing details and photographs of the condition and damage to the item. We will then as appropriate arrange for a claim to be made with the shipping company.  If an item is damaged or faulty due to manufacture and is therefore covered by a Manufacturer’s Warranty please contact us within the warranty period and we will liaise with the manufacturer and where possible assist to resolve the issue.  If an item does need to be returned you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the item must be returned in the original packaging and in an unused condition.
